The full meaning of Bin is: BIN – Bank Identification Number. (BIN) refers to the first 6 digits of a payment card. Example Bin: 401658. This first 6 digit number of the card identifies a specific financial institution or bank.

Bin helps to identify a card, whether the card is MasterCard, Visa or Discover, the card is Debit or Credit, which level is Classic, Platinum or Gold, which Bank and which Country Card. This means we can easily identify any card through Bin.
